FREE Master Classes

The master classes are conducted by Adam Twiss, an award-winning theatre instructor, director and actor, now resident at TIP.  Guests may include actors and directors Mike Raab, David Henderson, Eric Carl, Lynda Clark, and possibly Mr. Ira David Wood III himself!

 

Feel free to come and watch; a master class format does not require that everyone participate as actors.

Theatre In The Park has a rich history of theatre arts education stemming from its 1947 founding as The Children’s Theatre of Raleigh to its current position as the largest non-profit, performing arts organization in North Carolina.

Classes and workshops taking place during our 2007-2008 season will be scheduled and announced promptly. Plans are being formalized to develop additional classroom and performance space at the theatre, allowing for expanded, year-round programming.

Theatre In The Park is committed to offering educational and training opportunities to the public and encourages all those interested to audition and volunteer at the theatre.
